South Farnham & The Raleigh named in The Times top 15 primary schools in England.

We are delighted to announce, not one but two South Farnham Educational Trust schools have been named in The Sunday Times Parent Power top 500 primary schools in England.

Out of 16,783 schools Ofsted ‘outstanding’ South Farnham and The Raleigh are named within the top 15 best performing primary schools across England.  South Farnham maintains it’s fantastic national reputation in 10th place whilst The Raleigh has been named 11th.  A significant achievement from a few years ago when in 2020 it placed 257th.
South Farnham School has also retained its number one spot as best performing primary in Surrey with The Raleigh named 2nd and Highfield South Farnham another Trust school 7th.
The league table is based on results that are ranked on the percentage of pupils who achieved their expected grade in the 2023 SATs tests.

The Times Parent Power report comes at a time where the latest data shows that across the country combined reading writing and maths levels are still lower than they were before Covid. South Farnham Educational Trust is extremely proud of these achievements as it represents the dedication and collaborative effort of staff across the Trust to support the mental wellbeing of all children as schools continue to recover after Covid.  The Trust maintains its pursuit of excellence in all aspects of school life, ensuring children not only achieve well academically, but they also receive a fantastically rich curriculum including performing arts, sport, and music.
